Amongst several interesting monuments, you shall not miss the Roman Temple from the 1st century, unique of this kind in both Portugal and Spain. This is also the perfect place for a great gastronomic and wine experience, as this is one of the regions in Portugal with more traditional and quality at this level. Tour Program

After we get to Évora, we began a visit to the City by the Centre of Evora. Évora was conquered from the Moors by Geraldo ” Without fear ” in 1166 and during the Middle Ages was one of the most important cities of the Portuguese Kingdom, especially during the Avis dynasty (1385-1580).

We will visit the Temple of Diana. And the Roman temple, Évora, is one of the grandest and best preserved Roman temples in the entire Iberian Peninsula, having been considered a world heritage site by UNESCO in 1986. Is the ex-libris of the city of Évora

Then we will visit Capela dos Ossos. The Capela dos Ossos was built in the 17th century on the initiative of three Franciscan friars whose goal was to convey the message of transience and fragility of human life. Shows, at the bottom, the macabre like the Baroque man by necrophilia.
